Legacy of Valor started as one person’s idea and grew, with the help of thousands of backers, into a studio. Every person on the team shapes the game directly — there are no layers between your work and the player.
We work in short, focused iterations, play the build together every week and decide in the open. We value craft, ownership and kindness over hours spent at a desk.
